Located next to the Leisure Centre, near the lake. From the centre of Bala (High Street) take the A494 to Dolgellau, as you leave Bala, the Leisure Centre and TIC is on the left just before the lake.

Opening details:
• Main season (Easter-end of October): open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 10.00am until 4.00pm
• Winter season: Closed

Car parking: there are two free slots available for the TIC users. Leisure Centre users have free car parking but must "sign in" in the Leisure Centre enterance. There is an excellent cafe in the Leisure Centre with free WiFi.

The Snowdonia National Park Authority provides TICs at: Aberdyfi, Beddgelert, Betws y Coed, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Dolgellau and Harlech.
