Abercelyn Country House is a Grade II listed, Georgian former rectory providing bed and breakfast accommodation. It is located near Lake Bala, Snowdonia, North Wales. The business has won several awards including Green Tourism and Wildlife Garden.

Abercelyn Country House is run by the owner who takes pride in ensuring that the accommodation, service and facilities are of a high standard. Abercelyn Country House and is graded by VisitWales, formerly the Wales Tourist Board, as 5 star (exceptional quality).

Abercelyn is well situated to take advantage of the various activities on offer around Bala, in the Snowdonia National Park, and in particular the outstanding local water-sports facilities and un-crowded walking in three mountain ranges, with the Aran ridge nearby. Visitors can choose from bed & breakfast or self-catering accommodation and use our library of walking & canoeing guide books together with our advice on outdoor activities.

There is a lockable bike store, bike wash facilities and drying room available. The award-winning landscaped garden is available for visitors to explore.

The garden is an ideal place for bird watching.

Three self-catering cottages are also available. The maximum group size that can be accommodated is 19, which may be on a B&B basis.
